First Name: Enter your First Name	* First Name Is Required.

User Name: Choose a User Name. If the user name already exists you will get an opportunity to select an alternate name.	* User Name Is Required. Your user name must be changed.
Display Name: Choose a Display Name.	* Display Name Is Required.
Password: Choose a Password	* Password Is Required. Your password must be changed. Please enter a valid password.
Confirm: Re-Enter your Password to confirm the typing	* Password Confirmation Is Required. Password Values Entered Do Not Match.
Email Address: Enter your Email Address	* Email Is Required. Email Must be Valid. Your email must be changed.

Address: Enter the Street part of your Address (eg 1 Main Street)	* Street Is Required.
Street (cont.): Use this as a second street address line.
City: Enter the City	* City Is Required.
Country: Enter the Country	* Country Is Required.
State: Select the State from the list	* State Is Required. Region Is Required.
ZIP Code: Enter the ZIP Code	* Zip Code Is Required.
Telephone: Enter Telephone No.	* Telephone Number Is Required.

Language: Select your preferred language from the available Locales
Time Zone: Select your Time Zone
